Fourth Grade
Fourth grade offers students the opportunity to deepen their understanding and expand their thinking across the curriculum. As learners engage in more challenging reading, writing, mathematics, and content-area studies, they are encouraged to ask questions, analyze information, and make meaningful connections. Emphasis is placed on organization, study skills, and independent learning as students learn to manage increased expectations. Socially, fourth graders continue to grow as collaborators and communicators, building confidence, empathy, and respect while contributing positively to their classroom and school community.
